In 2018 the Salford Red Devils launched a new ‘Community Ticket’ scheme with the long-term aim of filling the East Stand of the AJ Bell Stadium.
The scheme offers local charities, community groups of Clubs the opportunity to get tickets to sell on behalf of the Club with their good cause taking away 50% of the fee.
The other 50% goes directly into the Salford Red Devils Foundation who can use the money to further initiatives such as their ‘Rising Stars’ programme, Offload mental health projects or the Foundation’s activity at schools in Salford and further afield.
This idea has been championed by Salford Red Devils Director Andrew Rosler in his first ‘Chairman’s Corner’ piece in which he said: “If there’s a charitable or community-based aim, we want to be a part of it.”

Local Community Club’s such as Cadishead Rhinos ARLFC and AFC Monton have already got involved with the initiative.
